At Gabellare, we work hard to ensure our clients get over their heals with their designs. So here is what to expect when you work with us:
STAGE ONE | The Brief
This is our opportunity to get to know you and your business. When designing for a new client we try to understand what are your timeframes, expectations and ideas to make your design as close to what you need as we can.
Step 1: Client Meeting and Brief Analysis.
At this stage we hope our clients get in touch with us about their design inquiries. We offer a free 30 minutes consultation to help assess the possible problems and how Gabellare can help you solve them.
After our inicial consultation we introduce you to our project manager program that we use to communicate, direct tasks, set reminders and so much more. Here you’ll find our design brief form for you to fill in, including sections for the details of the project, the deadline and ideas for the style or direction for the design (if you have any). If you are able to provide information about your business’ brand ethos and competitors within your sector this is also very helpful. After that is game on!
Step 2: Mood Boarding
Based on your business needs and requirements, we create a moodboard to help us develop the best design for you.
Step 3: Sketching
This is when it’s time to step away from the computer, pick up a pencil and paper, and start sketching ideas.
Step 4: Concept Refinement
After all the sketching has finalized we digitalized the best ideas and turn them into a final design.
STAGE TWO | Presentation
Once sketches have been made and refined, we present you with the concepts that better relate with the values of your company.
Step 1: Three – Four Concept Presentation to the Client
We offer 3-4 design concepts for any branding project.
Step 2: Client Review and Further Refinement
After presentation we offer our clients a maximum of 5 revisions within the quoted priced for the project. Extra revisions will be charged under an hourly rate
Step 3: Final Review and Edits
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your custom quote.
**For all design projects we request 30% deposit upfront. 35% is due on the project’s start date, and the other 35% is due when after the project is complete. For Etsy listings you must purchase the whole listing before starting the process. We accept Paypal, E-Transfers, Western Union and Etsy payments.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
By sending or submitting graphics, logos, photos, all elements of text, images or other artwork or content to me, you are guaranteeing that the digital content is either owned by you, or that you have permission to use them.
When you provide text, images or other content to me, you agree to protect me from any claim by a third party that I’m using their intellectual property. You shall indemnify me against all claims and expenses arising from uses for which you do not have rights to or authority to use.
By posting material on my shop, you grant me a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use & distribute the material in connection with GABELLARE and any related site for promotional, business development & and marketing purposes.
After I’ve delivered a design preview, you are allowed five (5) complimentary revision. Any additional revision will be charged hourly.
At Gabellare, we love to show off my work and I reserve the right to display all aspects, including clips, work-in-progress designs and the completed project on my portfolio, social media accounts and in articles, on connected websites, in advertisements, item listings and all other medias.
All designs are property of GABELLARE and are copyrighted and protected by law. You may not redistribute, sell, alter or claim any parts of the product as your own. I appreciate your integrity when using my designs and I hope they will be useful to you.
